You've probably met them if you've ever walked through our doors on a Sunday. The Welcome Teams makes sure that everyone feels loved and accepted when they enter our building. 

We have outreaches going on each month and always need more people to help out. Through our local partnerships we are making an impact on our community and showing people the love of Jesus. 

Our ushers get to greet people with a smile as they enter the sanctuary doors and help them find an open seat. The Usher Team is also responsible for passing the offering buckets. 

Do you love to pray? Then this is the team for you! The Prayer Team  works together to cover our church and church family in prayer throughout the week and also helps with moments of prayer on Sundays. 

We are always in need of more volunteers with a heart for teaching children who Jesus is and how much He loves them. If you have a passion for helping kids experience the love of Jesus, then this is the team for you! 

We believe in pouring into the next generation at BWC. The Youth Team helps our students go deeper in their faith through weekly gatherings and small groups. It's always a fun, energetic environment to be a part of!  

We are always looking for talented musicians and techies to join the BridgeWater Worship and Media Teams. If you have passion for worship or technology (or both), this is the team for you. 

Recreation opportunities are available throughout the year here at BWC. We are looking for coaches, facilitators, and anyone interested in helping us make our recreation outreaches a win!

The Emergency Response Team at BWC works hard to keep our church a safe place for everyone. Each member of the ERT Team is vetted and goes through a training session before joining the team. 

Our Food Team works very closely with our Outreach Team to provide delicious food for the different outreach events we have going on each month. 

The Care Team at BridgeWater Church exists to walk with people through every season of life by giving loving support, encouragement and counsel. Every Care Team member goes through our training process so they are equipped to provide effective care.
